Hi, I’m Stacie.
Wife. Mother. Jazzercise Enthusiast. Long-Distance Runner. Life Coach.
Like everyone else,
My life has been a beautiful mix of the highest highs, the deepest, dark places, and everything in between.
As a teenager and young adult, I spent years struggling with anxiety, depression, and a severe eating disorder. I hit rock bottom many times during this period, but the last time was different. I couldn’t see a way out, and, lost in hopelessness, I tried to take my own life.
When I came out of that experience, I knew that I had to do something different. I worked hard to recover from my eating disorder and better manage my mental health and anxiety. Within a few years, I found myself living the life of my dreams.
I finally had everything I had desperately longed for: a loving husband, children I wasn’t sure I would be able to have, a house of my own, and skills to manage my food and mental health better.
But still I felt like something was missing.
I was spending my time and energy fixated on controlling the external circumstances of my life, but instead of the happiness I expected, I was irritated, frustrated, and busy all the time. I wasn’t showing up as the kind of mom and wife I wanted to be, and I couldn’t get rid of the deep longing for something more.
And then I found life coaching.
Life coaching challenged everything about me, my whole exhausting and unfulfilling life. Then it gave me the tools to pull myself back together.
That I couldn’t change how I felt inside by focusing on my external circumstances. I also learned that by moving my focus inward, I could fill the void that had plagued me for so long.
All these lessons empowered me to change my life. I broke out of the endless cycle of fear and control. I found my life blossoming into something I hadn’t even dared to dream possible.
Now, I am a certified life coach. I love my work, both as a coach and a mother of three young children. My relationship with myself, my body, and food is better than I could have imagined. I’m passionate about helping women create a compassionate and loving relationship with themself that is health-promoting and supports them in all of their goals. I love watching these women break free from their very painful and debilitating thoughts and behaviors and blossom into their remarkable and authentic selves.
My message to them and you is that you are not alone. You’re not broken. The power to change your life is already inside you.
